Together with ON! Impresa Sociale we devised an accompanying process for the Department of Social Policies, Social Emergencies, Rights and Inclusion of the Municipality of Milan aimed at the reactivation of the 7 Association and Volunteer Houses in the city. The process included co-planning meetings with the administration, third sector associations, town halls and other territorial welfare services in the development of new ways of managing, training and promoting the houses.
