In 2024, we curated the annual IAAD Design Workshops, a week-long multidisciplinary workshop dedicated to bachelor students of the Institute of Applied Art and Design. The theme chosen for the occasion was “Design: a dialogue withouth boundaries,” aimed at investigating all the ways in which design is able to create connections, crossing physical, technological, cultural and social boundaries. We also conducted one of the workshops firthand, during which we experimented with the design of new tools of citizen engagement for urban transformation processes.
